1. Attend / Assist
Attend → To be present at an event, meeting, or class.
Example: "I will attend the conference next Monday."
Assist → To help or support someone.
Example: "The nurse assists the doctor during surgery."

In Spanish, "asistir" means "to attend," but in English, "assist" means "to help." Don't mix them up!

2. Sales / Salaried
Sales → The act of selling products or services.
Example: "The company's sales increased by 20% this year."
Salaried → A person who earns a fixed amount of money per year (not paid by commission or hourly).
Example: "She is a salaried employee with a monthly income."

In Spanish, "salario" means "salary," but in English, "sales" refers to selling things, not a fixed salary!

3. Tooth / Teeth
Tooth → A single dental piece in the mouth.
Example: "I have a toothache."
Teeth → The plural of tooth (more than one).
Example: "You should brush your teeth twice a day."

In Spanish, "diente" means "tooth," and "dientes" means "teeth." Be careful not to use "tooths"—it's incorrect!

4. Vaccinate
Definition: To give a vaccine to protect against disease.

5. To Pull Out
Definition: To remove something, especially by force.
Example: "The dentist had to pull out my wisdom tooth."
Other Meaning: It can also mean to withdraw from a situation (e.g., "The team pulled out of the competition").
